An original production cel from the Disney Studios animated film "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986). Featuring a fantastic image of the elusive Ratigan, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film.
