An original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film "The Great Mouse Detective" (1986). Featuring a fabulous image of the devious Ratigan, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. Measuring 12.5"x15.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4.75"x5.25", the cel is in excellent condition.
