This is a rare small chain-link purse with enameled hand-painted frame featuring an image of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. This little Disney accessory was designed for children by Cohn and Rosenberger in the early 1930s, around 1931-1934. The purse measures 3.5" x 2.5" and is in very good condition with some wear from use and slight separation to a few of the chain-links.
