A production cel from the Warner Bros. Studios animated film “The Looney Looney Looney Bugs Bunny Movie” (1981). Featuring Foghorn Leghorn tipping his top hat, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The piece was originally released through the WB Studios art program and has been hand-signed by WB Director Friz Freleng in the lower left corner. Measuring 15.5”x16.5” framed, with the mat opening measuring 9.25”x10.25” and the character image measuring 8”x6”, the cel is in very good condition uninspected outside of frame with minimal line wear on the cel, light wear and scuffs on the frame, and deterioration present on the original COA attached to the reverse.
