An original color model cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film Sleeping Beauty (1959). Featuring Briar Rose as she is sitting in the woods with her basket in hand, the hand-painted cel cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process as a reference tool for the character's color development and consistency. Measuring 12.5"x16" overall, and with the image area measuring 6"x4", the production cel is in fine condition and is paired with a color copy reproduction background that includes her woodland creature friends.
