“Sleeping Beauty” Flora Production Cel (1959) - ID: mar26203

A production cel from the Walt Disney Studios animated film “Sleeping Beauty” (1959). Featuring a lovely image of Aurora’s fairy godmother Flora, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 16”x20” matted, with the mat opening measuring 9.5”x9.5”and the character image measuring 6.75”x4”, the cel is in very good condition with slight rippling to the cel, paint cracking and lifting on both feet, and the cel has been trimmed on the left side to measure 12.5”x14.75”.
