This is a limited edition hand-painted cel created in 1994 by the now-defunct Walt Disney Feature Animation Studio in Florida. The cel features an image of Donald Duck holding a cel of Mickey he presumably just painted. The image is actually an in-joke for employees as the cel Donald is presenting was a popular sericel available for purchase at Disney World throughout the 1990s. The size of this employee-only limited edition is unknown as these were given as gifts to employees in the Florida Animation Studio, and were not sold directly to the public. Also note that the cel does have the Feature Animation seal. This piece measures 15" x 18" framed, with a mat opening measuring 9.5" x 12.5", and the image itself measuring 7" x 6". The piece is in excellent condition.
