This is an original production background from the Walt Disney Studios production Donald Duck (1934–present). This hand-painted background features the exterior viewpoint of the hotel elevator that Donald operates in the short. It was created at the studio and used during production, and it has been paired with a studio recreated cel of Donald in his costume from Bellboy Donald. The overall measurements of the piece are 10" x 12" and the image itself measures 8.5" x 11" on the background with the image of Donald measuring 4.5" x 2". The setup is in excellent condition.
