This is an original concept drawing from the Walt Disney Studios production of an unfinished 1960s Chicken Little project. This concept features an iconic image of the acorn falling onto Chicken Little's head. This lovely piece was created at the studio by Disney Legend Ken Anderson and is accomplished in ink and lithographic crayon on paper. The paper has been mounted to board and also features hand written notes that read, "One day Chicken Little was trotting through the woods on her way to market.", and "Note: see alternate drawing underneath overlay egg drawing". The hand-written notes are also attributed to Ken Anderson. The overall measurements of the piece are 12" x 15.5" for the paper which is mounted on 14" x 17.5" board, and the image itself measures 7.5" x 6.25". The drawing is in excellent condition with minor handling wear to the outer edge of the board.
