This is an original concept drawing from the Walt Disney Studios production of The Great Mouse Detective (1986). This concept piece is accomplished in pastel on black paper and features Ratigan, Basil, and Dawson. The drawing was created at the studio by Mel Shaw, and was used during the development of the film. The overall measurements of the piece are 7.5" x 10" with the imagery taking up the majority of the sheet. The drawing is in very good condition.
