This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Lady and the Tramp (1955). The hand-painted cel features Lady as a puppy and has been hand-signed by two of the Nine Old Men of Walt Disney Studios, Ollie Johnston and Frank Thomas. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The overall measurements of the piece are 14" x 16.5" matted with the mat opening measuring 8.25" x 11". The image itself measures 2.5" x 2.75". The production cel is in very good condition, though it has been trimmed and the signatures have faded a bit. Also included is a color copy reproduction background.
