A promotional photograph from the Disney Studios animated classic "Pinocchio" (1940). Featuring a newly transformed Pinocchio with his little friend Jiminy Cricket, the black and white photograph was created to promote the films theatrical release. The studio printed photos with informational snippets attached to the lower edge and then distributed them to publication agencies and newspapers to promote the film. Measuring 8"x10" overall, with the character image measuring 5"x8.5", the photograph is in very good condition with slight waviness in photograph and minor edge wear. The original studio printed photo description snippet is still attached to the lower edge of the photograph.
