An original model sheet from the first MGM Studios animated Tom and Jerry short, Puss Gets the Boot (1942). Puss Gets the Boot is the first appearance of the legendary animated duo Tom and Jerry. The model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation proces, and includes early designs of Tom, along with three models of Jerry. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall and with the character image measuring 9.5"x11.5", the model sheet is in very good condition with a fold on the bottom left corner.
