Featuring Winston, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both pieces are actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the cartoon. Measuring 10.75"x13.5" overall, with the character image measuring 4"x5.5", the cel and background are in very good condition with edge wear and line wear.
