A production cel and similar drawing from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a powerful close-up of Banshee, the hand-painted cel and graphite drawing were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the fifth episode of season three, titled "The Phoenix Saga, Part 3: Cry of the Banshee," which aired on September 7, 1994. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 8.5"x9.5", the cel is in very good condition with minimal surface wear, minor line wear,and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes. The drawing is in very good condition with minimal edge and corner wear.
