A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Longshot and Major Domo after the X-Men have defeated Mojo’s world, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 19:06 in the season two episode "Mojovision." The characters’ cel layers are from the same scene but but do not match precisely and appear to be from one second apart. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 6.25"x6.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear including scratches, light black line fade, and paper backing transfer stuck to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
