This is an original production cel from the production of The King Features Anniversary Special (1987). This hand-painted cel features Blondie and Dagwood, and was created at the studio and used during the production of the film. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. The framed piece measures 13.25"x13.25" with a 6" diameter mat opening. The image itself measures 2.5"x2". The cel is in fine condition, with very light line wear and some light scratches to the frame, and is signed by animators Dan Hunn and Ron Fritz.
