A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series “The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show” (1971-1972). Featuring a vibrant grassy field appearing to be against the base of a building, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The background is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled “The Grand Prix Pebbles,” which aired on October 30, 1971. Measuring 10.5"x12" overall, the background is in good condition with the lower right edge roughly torn and some surface damage to the painted image.
