A ceramic coin bank inspired by the 1942 Disney Studios film Bambi. Featuring Thumper energetically patting his foot to the ground, the figurine was produced by Hagen Renaker and measures 4.5”x5.25” and 5.5” tall. Hagen Renaker began making ceramics in 1945 and was a licensee to the Walt Disney company for a brief period in the 1960s. This short production window has made their whimsical designs rare treasures to acquire. The figurine is in very good condition with minimal crazing.
