Walt Disney's Apartment Carpeting - ID: maydisneyland17100

This is an original section of carpeting from Walt Diseny's apartment in the Disneyland theme park from the 1950s. During the construction of Disneyland, Walt Disney wanted a place where here could stay and observe the progress. He had a special apartment built on the second story of the Main Street Firehouse. The small, yet fully-functional, apartment was decorated to simulate a firehouse look with reds and whites throughout. This 14" x 19" framed swatch of carpet comes from Walt's original apartment and was removed during a restoration. In fine condition and beautifully framed. The final image shown is a reference photo from the inside of the apartment that shows the carpeting. This is not a physical print included with the carpeting, but shown for reference purposes only.
