"And then he did the same thing to the other Whos' houses, leaving crumbs much too small for the other Whos' mouses." Max is trapped in the center of a pile of wreaths as the Grinch removes all of the decorations and presents from Whoville. This is an original production cel and matching production drawing from the Chuck Jones television special How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (1966). This piece features Max during the Grinch's raid of Whoville. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 12.5" and the image itself measures 4" x 4". The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background and the matching production drawing of Max. The cel and drawing are in excellent condition and is hand-signed by Chuck Jones.
