A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated film “Lady and the Tramp” (1955). Featuring early design suggestion of Lady from 1939, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Model sheets were printed at the studio and distributed to the animators to ensure consistent character design. Measuring 11”x14” overall, with the character image measuring 9.75”x12.5”, the model sheet is in very good condition with minor discoloration, edge wear, staple holes, rippling throughout, a small tear along the top edge, and a horizontal fold.
