A photostat model sheet from the Walt Disney Studios animated Silly Symphony short "Little Hiawatha" (1937). Featuring the bunnies and other forest animals that are Little Hiawatha’s friends, the model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Model sheets were printed at the studio and distributed to the animators to ensure consistent character design. Measuring 12.25”x15.5” overall, with the character image measuring 11.5”x14”, the model sheet is in very good condition with minor age related discoloration, edge wear, staple holes, various stains, and a deep corner tear at the bottom left corner.
