A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series “X-Men” (1992-1997). Featuring Lilandra while she is talking with Professor X telepathically, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 6:22 in the episode “The Dark Phoenix, Part 4: The Fate of the Phoenix.” Measuring 9”x10.5” overall, with the character image measuring 6.25”x9.5”, the cel is in very good condition with light surface wear, minimal black line fade, and paper transfer to the reverse of the cel. Included is a reproduction color copy background for display purposes.
