This is a VERY rare ceramic cookie jar featuring Dumbo on a circus performance platform that was made by Shaw Pottery. The cookie jar is painted and glazed ceramic that measures 7.75" x 7.75" x 9.5". There is a full figure Dumbo on top of lid. Base is designed like a circus performing platform with raised stars around the sides. This jar is in excellent condition with the red paint still in tact on the stars. Due to the rarity of this piece, it has been featured in the past in Disneyana Collectors Guide To California Pottery by Frick & Hodge.
